SubhanAllah! What a beautiful dua you can make not only for your children but for your children’s children until the day of Qiyamah. When you see your child, when you cuddle your child, do this practice, connect yourself and her/himself with Allah immediately, make dua. The BEST thing you can do for your children is to make DUA for them.

Please NOTE:

Change the gender suffix in the words when you make dua for a boy child. For example, for a boy child make it 

هُ

replacing

هَا

For more than one child whether 1 male or 1 female child, or both male or both female make it

هُمْ

Here, in the Ayah, you can use as it is for a female child as the mother of Mariom alaihi wa sallam made dua for her baby girl Moriom.

And in the begining, you can add

رَبِّ

And Allah knows best.

Aal-e-Imran 3:36

فَلَمَّا وَضَعَتْهَا قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّى وَضَعْتُهَآ أُنثَىٰ وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا وَضَعَتْ وَلَيْسَ ٱلذَّكَرُ كَٱلْأُنثَىٰۖ وَإِنِّى سَمَّيْتُهَا مَرْيَمَ وَإِنِّىٓ أُعِيذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ

Bangla

অতঃপর যখন তাকে প্রসব করলো বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা! আমি একে কন্যা প্রসব করেছি। বস্তুতঃ কি সে প্রসব করেছে আল্লাহ তা ভালই জানেন। সেই কন্যার মত কোন পুত্রই যে নেই। আর আমি তার নাম রাখলাম মারইয়াম। আর আমি তাকে ও তার সন্তানদেরকে তোমার আশ্রয়ে সমর্পণ করছি। অভিশপ্ত শয়তানের কবল থেকে।

But when she delivered her, she said, “My Lord, I have delivered a female.” And Allah was most knowing of what she delivered, “And the male is not like the female. And I have named her Mary, and I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah ].”
