عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ

The Most Merciful

করুনাময় আল্লাহ।

Taught the Qur’an,

শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন কোরআন,

Created man,

Bangla

সৃষ্টি করেছেন মানুষ,

The Men, Here teaching of Quran is referred in respect to the creation of Men.
Therefore, Allah taught the Quran to all human being. SubhanAllah!
And Allah knows best.
