هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ
He it is Who displays before you the lightning, to cause fear and hope, and initiates heavy clouds. (Similarly, the Light of Guidance brings to you the warning and a good tiding.)

My Comments and Understanding:
Look again, SubhanAllah, what do we know as nature? Allah not only says He does it He also says WHY he does it! And we ignorant Muslims (leave the Kuffar) say it is ‘natural’. We don’t give credit to Allah. This is in fact KUFR for not giving credit to Allah as He deserves. And that’s the impact of not letting people to read and contemplate on the Quran themselves. They kept many generations away from contemplating on the Quran. Allah knows best.
May Allah guide Muslims, May Allah guide those Ulema! (whoever is applicable to)
