Hadith
Narrated Abu Hurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
If anyone lies on his side where he does not remember Allah,
deprivation will descend on him on the Day of Resurrection;
and if anyone sits in a place where he does not remember Allah, deprivation will descend on him on the Day of Resurrection.

Sunan Abi Dawud 5059 In-book : Book 43, Hadith 287English translation : Book 42, Hadith 5041
Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“No people sit in a gathering without remembering Allah,
or sending blessings upon their Prophet,
but that they will earn the displeasure of Allah.
If Allah wills, he will punish them. If he wills, he will forgive them.”
In another narration, the Prophet said,
“It will be a cause of regret for them on the Day of Resurrection, even if they are rewarded with entry into Paradise.”
