0 minutes, 56 seconds Read

SIX STRANGERS in SIX SITUATIONS…

‎The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلام said,

‎“Six things are strangers in 6 situations;

‎1- The masjid is a stranger amongst the people who do not pray

‎2- The Qur’an is a stranger in a household where it is not read

‎3- The memorised Qur’an is a stranger in the heart of an Fasiq

4- A righteous Muslim woman is a stranger in the hands of an oppressive husband of bad character;

5- A pious Muslim man is a stranger in the hands of an evil wife of bad character;

6- A scholar is a stranger amongst a group of people who they do not listen to

Then he said, “Verily Allah the Exalted will not look at them on The Day of Judgement in a merciful manner.”

-Ibn Hajr Asqalani,‘Preparing For The Day Of Judgement’,Ch 5:”,Qt.(1)
