    Quran 5:44 – Al-Maidah. Whoever (Obviously those ‘Muslim’ rulers) do NOT JUDGE by Allah’s LAW (thus REJECT Allah’s Law) – they are the KAFIRUN

    So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the disbelievers.

    Quran 11:118-119. Al-Anfaal. EXCEPT THOSE who has Allah’s MERCY on them, will continue in their DIFFERENCES.

    Had your Lord willed, He would have made all the people a single community. But, they will continue in their differences, except those whom Allah has blessed with mercy, and for that He has created them. And perfect is the word of your Lord: .I will surely fill the Hell with Jinns and the human beings, all together.
